Install problem about Gnome power manager

I am using CentOS 6.4 and today i have seen warning message on the right corner of my computer. message is
Install problem
The configuration defaults for GNOME power manager have not been installed correctly. Please contact your computer administrator.

I searched from internet and I found that this message is due to low disk space but the issue is the system is totally empty that means I am using ADF software but I do not run any job yet.

Now after this message i couldnot run any job due to low disk space.
I do not know Linux or Computer more so please guide me what to do...
waiting for kind reply.
Best Regards
