create disks for zfs raid

Hi,
I am trying to get my centos 6 to use two 1TB hard disks with zfs file system for a simple raid or mirror(?).I did have this working but one of the disks went bad and I had to replace it. I got things all screwed up trying to restore the new disk to work after replacing it. I am not very experienced with linux and need help getting things back working again. I know that this is not enough detail but am just trying to find where to start.
thanks, Roger

I'd suggest you minimally read 'man zpool' and 'man zfs' and look at each man pages examples section "create" examples.

Ok. I think I'm stuck on understanding mounting the disks. I can see the two 1TB disk in parted, and they have zfs as file system but they aren't showing up in any file or directory structure.
I'm going to try some instructions I have in a book to learn how to get them to show up.
I've done this before but it's been a while.

thanks,
roger

Ok. I found that the problem is not with the disks but that I have removed zfs from system.
I think that zfs takes care of mounting the drives.
Now I can't get zfs installed again. I guess maybe can close this question.
