im sort of struggling how to make a kickstarter file for autodesk flame

where do i download the kickstarter file from?

(found by googling, in fact binging, for "autodesk flame kickstart". I take cash or beer.)

i dont see the folder (below) in the new iso file i created from the centos dvd

"dist/kickstart/build_kickstart_cd"
