Removing: epel-release-5-4.noarch (installed)

Updated By: epel-release-6-8.noarch (extras)
epel-release = 6-8
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

you are running 6.7
so WHY!!!!
WHY did you install software repos for 5 ????
Code:
Processing Dependency: epel-release = 5 for package: ius-release-1.0-14.ius.el5.noarch
see that "el5" bit

that is for CentOS 5.11 and NOT CentOS 6.7

this might NOT be fixable !!!
or it might be with a LOT of work
or easy

but you MIGHT have to reinstall the full operating system

so first
please post the output of
Code:
su -
yum repolist all
then this
Code:
su -
rpm -qa | grep el5
HOPEFULLY!!!!!
there will only be ONE redhat5 repo listed "* ius: hkg.mirror.rackspace.com"
and there will be ZERO!!!! listed from the rpm command

BUT

if there are 20+ el5 rpms listed in the rpm command
this might NOT be fixable - it depends on WHAT they are

also there is a SECOND problem from this
Code:
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, priorities, protectbase, replace, security
you can not have " priorities, protectbase" BOTH running at the same time

for CentOS 6 use "priorities" ( and CONFIGURE IT !!! )

the OLD cent 5 NEEDED "protectbase" sometimes but that is not needed in 6 and 7
