Centos 6.5 login screen show again
 

hi,
I enter username and password for root user. but not login. coming back the login line. Not an error in the screen. but not login.

Have you tried another user?
Where are you logging on - GUI, console, remote? Have you tried another method?
This might be a misconfiguration or root is not permitted to log in (not sure if an error message would be generated).

By the way, 6.5 is obsolete. Upgrade to 6.7.
