cAos devel

Are there any "unstable" packages such as kde 3.2rc1 gnome2-2.5,etc.

Yes, there are some "unstable" packages, but the crack cAos development team is working to stabilize them, even as I write this. :-)

If you meant something more along the lines of "is there some accommodation made for packages that are the 'latest and greatest', but not as bug-free as others in cAos", the answer is also yes: the Crazy package repository. A more complete explanation of the structure can be found here:
