Dual Booting Buffalo and Windows XP Question

I just downloaded the latest Buffalo Linux .iso and am considering trying to install Buffalo again. Will it recognize Windows XP on a ntfs formatted partition and set up a dual boot, or does XP need to be on a FAT32 formatted partition?

The linux kernel can read ntfs file systems and since buffalo uses kernel 2.6.8 it should be ok.

Ok, thanks! I'll give it a try and see what happens.
