Thanks, I think this fixes the issues I was having with cursor focus after pasting into terminology.

Yep, I have been having that issue for a long time. Usually use lxterminal because of it. In my brief testing tho this version doesn't do that. At least not yet. Supposedly fixes focus issues but I haven't looked at the commits, regardless the issue you note is, in fact, a focus issue. EFL has been changing what they call the focus manager and that has created a number of bugs with EFL apps. Epad included.

Anyways hoping for the best :D

I am not sure I had noticed a focus issue with Terminology. I use terminology since I started using Bodhi. I need to try reproduce it.

For me, on the previous test version of terminology, the focus issue with pasting was 100% repeatable. (I don't recall it ever happening on the non-test version tho). If I was typing in terminology, then pasted something in with mouse, then tried to continue typing, I couldn't. Had to do some random clicks and pressing ESC to get it back, never figured out exactly what the trick was. I also use lxterminal, but installed terminology again when the previous test version was announced to see if it was any better. The thing I don't like about terminology is how slow it is to paste with mouse; right click and have to wait for those buttons to appear much farther right than where I click..... on my legacy machines that wait makes it too frustrating to use at all... on this machine it's not so bad, but still not instantaneous like lxterminal and still way over to the right (and lxterminal uses a more traditional looking menu that pops up where I click).

One thing I think is kinda cool, although useless, is having semi-transparent background in terminology. Cant do that in lxterminal.

OK, you are right with your example. I can reproduce it. Maybe the reason why I did not notice it was the fact I use keyboard for pasting. When I want to paste the clipboard, I simply pressing CTRL+SHIFT+v and text is there. Sometimes also using the primary selection. Just selecting the text and pasting with middle mouse button or right upper touchpad tap. But you certainly know all this info...

All is doable with keyboard settings in Terminology. You can bind your own key combinations if you wish
