Sorry, that was pretty off topic...
I like the idea, however, the US Supreme Court estimates that our ownership of airspace only goes up approx. 83 ft., of course most drone spying from civilians would probably be within that range.

a new video - where he expands on the previous one.

the ending is great - get the halo on and the popcorn out and burn a stick of incense.

Thumbs up What Else is New?

Richard was very timely and his message very relevant decades ago.
He made a huge contribution and the fact that Android is 75% Open Source makes
hunting for The Evil so much easier.
Today (even 6 months ago, LQ :-) it is trivial to block evil doers on an Android phone;
Put a "custom" kernel, few drivers, and the foundation is there.
Will the phone function? No, because it is a client and the server is in Palo-Alto.
That Richard is still doing the rounds is admirable. He is a genuine "Old Man"
and his views are very NPC.

What depresses me is the Darth of reaction to this publication.

Like all paranoids/conspiracy nuts some of what he says actually almost makes sense, so you start to doubt your own common sense an wonder if its all true.
Take with a LARGE pinch of salt.
P.S.
Maybe he's just to tight fisted to pay for a mobile and so gets others to pay and uses their phones!
Sure Keith, sure. Nothing to burst your dream.
Richard is very modest and careful man. Quite harmless.
When you point at the first inaccuracy in the quoted article, we can talk.
I do disagree with Richard on several important points.
But his facts, scary they may be are facts.
But he is not the one who needs a tinfoil.

His main mistake: He values his privacy too much, his freedom not enough.
