Need libSDL-1.2.so.0

When I run...
> ./imgtool getall coco_jvc_rsdos os9.dsk
./imgtool: error while loading shared libraries: libSDL-1.2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I know from past experience I need to install the following...

> sudo apt install libSDL-1.2-0-32bit
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package libSDL-1.2-0-32bit
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'libSDL-1.2-0-32bit'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'libSDL-1.2-0-32bit'

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

previous experience with what distro and version?

i ran apt list libSDL* and the closest i found to matches were:
Quote:
libsdl1.2-dev/bionic-updates 1.2.15+dfsg2-0.1ubuntu0.1 amd64
libsdl1.2debian/bionic-updates,now 1.2.15+dfsg2-0.1ubuntu0.1 amd64 [installed,automatic]

Works with openSUSE Leap 15.2. It's available as an rpm.

i found a symlink for that file in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu. you might want to check the script and see if redirecting it's reference to libSDL-1.2.so.0 to that directory will allow it to run.

Problem solved. Converted .rpm to .deb using alien and installed. Thanks again.
