Looking for chromebook specific Bodhi iso image file

Hi,
A friend asked if I could install Linux on his ACER c720 chromebook, and I found a great blog post by Jeff Hoogland http://jeffhoogland.blogspot.com/201...acer-c720.html which outlines exactly how to do it. The problem is that the link to download the iso file is now dead. Does anyone have or know where I can find the bodhi-c720-chromebook.iso file referred to in the article?

I know it is an old file, so if anyone can suggest an alternative option for putting linux on a chromebook I would appreciate that as well.

Thanks!
Mike.

Well it's a Celeron based chromebook, so I'd check to see if it works with https://mrchromebox.tech/

(My Toshiba works with his software EFI update software.)

Putting that iso file in a search engine turns up a lot of results.
Maybe one of them still has the file?
Also try web.archive.org.

edit: I'm sure Jeff Hoogland is one of the lead developers of Bodhi and active on these forums. Maybe he'll have something to say about this.
