Installing & Setting up Skype

Does anyone know how I could install skype on bodhi?

Web skype works for texting, but I can't call on it. I can install skype deb files, but it opens up like a folder.

Can someone tell me the command for the terminal to install if there is one?

must use with some package manager to install deb, like dpkg, apt, etc..
