I wonder why he calls out some distros as "free" and not others. They're all free, right?

I think they're all free too... it seems random what was decided to mention for each one, for example another distro is described as Ubuntu 18.04LTS based but that wasn't mention it for Bodhi. Another distro was described as fast, and although I can't even remember what distro it was I doubt it's faster than Bodhi...
