Bodhi : capability to Revert back to previous OS ?

For Bodhi linux,
if can Revert back to previous OS ?
1) If the upgrading has some issues in the middle of upgrading process,
say the installation is aborted , if it will revert everything back to the original states automatically ? or , if it aborts in the middle, the OS will broken, you must reinstall .

2) If the OS already upgrade successfully, if want to downgrade to
previous Version, if must re-install ?
Thanks

1) It probably depends on where exactly you are in the install process - but in general, I think you need to re-install.

2) Definitely need to re-install.

When you first install bodhi, the installer asks if you want to wipe and just install bodhi, or do something else. Other options there too that might apply. If you chose the do something else option, you get a partition manager to play with then select which partition to put bodhi. If you leave your other OS(s) intact (by keeping their partition, maybe shrinking it if you need space to make bodhi partition) then you'll be able to boot any of them from grub bootmenu.
