Yes, I understand. I was also very surprised about this feature/bug. Hard to say what to do about this. I mean the fixing the issue. This should be the E issue. Maybe I will ask E devs if there are some commits related to this in newer E versions. Or at least try to reproduce the same behavour in last E22 version for check.

if you happen to find something, i'd be happy to hear it. really not a big thing for me. i will take the lightweight nature of elementary/moksha over some minor gui quirks any day. add in perks like being able to have a window skip the taskbar from a right-click menu choice and it really does all work out just fine. thank you for your help and interest as always
