BL4.5.0 32bit - Is there any recommendable network monitor?

Is it possible to add some kind of network monitor (for the tray or as a gadget), to see the current up- and download, please?
Anything you could recommend for BL4.5.0-32bit?

Of course it is

sudo apt install moksha-module-net
