BL4.5.0 32bit - How to use only 5GHz for WiFi?

I'm currently in a foreign, open wifi.
This wifi is running several channels on 2,4GHz and on 5GHz, but it uses the same USSID for each.

Is there a way to make sure I get connected to 5GHz only, but not to 2,4GHz, please?

after right-clicking on the network icon in the system tray, i chose edit connections. after clicking on the wifi network, i clicked on the gear icon at the bottom left. that brought up the menu pictured below. clicking on the band field (set to automatic for mine) gives the choice to change to a (5 ghz) or bg (2.4 ghz)

I don't have a band field.
Do you have another wifi manager (mine is the default one for BL4.5.0 32bit)?
