Any way to play H265 files in Bodhi ?

I'm a total n00b with Linux, but I already love it ! Bodhi is the third distro I install this week. I'm using a very crappy machine as a media player and but I still can't find a way to play H265 videos in Bodhi.

Any help ?

Please generate an overview of your system like this:
- Launch a terminal window (this is how to launch a terminal window);
- make the terminal window full screen, to avoid chopped lines;
- Copy/paste this command into the terminal:

inxi -Fxz
(if you type: the letter F is a capital letter)

Press Enter.

Copy/paste the output in your next message.

VLC works. So does MPV. So does SMPlayer. So does Kodi. Pretty much any media player, what are you using that doesn't work?

But depending on how crappy your machine is, it may not play high res smooth etc.
