"ACPI Error: [CAPB] Namespace lookup failure, AE ALREADY EXISTS" when attempting to install Bohdi on Asus Aspire One ZG5

Hey guys, I am trying to install Bohdi on an old Asus Aspire One ZG5.

The specs are enough for the OS. It's a 32 bit OS.

Currently it's running Linux Mint, but I wanted something lighter.

I made an install USB and when I attempt to install it, I get the following error every time.

Quote:
[0.167548] ACPI Error: [CAPB] Namespace lookup failure, AE ALREADY EXISTS (2 0160831 dsfield-211)
[0.167755] ACPI Error: Method parse/execution failed SB.PC IO . _OSC] (Node
f3887b88), AE_ALREADY_EX ISTS (20160831/psparse-543)
[4.878341] sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] No Caching mode page found
[4.878548] Sd 2:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through

BusyBox v1.27.2 (Ubuntu 1:1.27.2-2ubuntu3) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

(initramfs)
I have already attempted to use different USB ports, different USB flash drives, a USB flash drive with a USB hub, and change acpi=off as well as acpi=strict with no luck. Same error every time. Any thoughts?

Do you have flashed the latest available BIOS 3310 (2009-08-05)? As a base and especially for this issue.

Really? Jeff Hoogland's exaggerating understatement.

But that's not all. With this Atom N270, 1 MiB RAM less shared mem, very slow HDD and low display resolution 1024x600 you won't be happy with Bodhy either. AHCI will probably also be disabled on the hardware side as in other netbooks of this era. This doesn't even make an SSD worthwhile.

You could take Debian (10 or testing) with OpenBox, if necessary with LXDE. Or as a whole you could try SalentOS → salentos.it
