I think some distributions come with a pre-packaged version of it, at least my Ubuntu (64-bit) seemed to go that way. So if your distribution uses a package management system such as apt or yum and there is a reposity for it that holds the nspluginwrapper package (and it's dependencies as well, which it should if nspluginwrapper was there in the first place), you should be able to simply command your package manager to install it, sit back for a moment and enjoy the results. If your distribution, which you should add to your profile information to ease up answering more specifically, does not use a package management system or the reposities don't have nspluginwrapper package, then your only hope is probably to download and compile (or install by other means) all the dependencies one by one.
