Tags cracker, hacker

I blogged this note, to link to it, so I won't have to write the same things everytime.
If you were linked here, probably you failed to remember the actual meaning of word "hacker" (due to reading newspapers or watching news where stupids telling you a legends of script kiddies as of a legendary warriors) and you used it in a wrong context on LinuxQuestions.Org forums.

So here's your chance to fix that broken file on your heardrive.

Hacker will never crack your server/net/etc. cracker will. Probably this is what you meant, so mark that term.

Even in case hacker comes to cracking, he must have really great reasons to do that, reasons worthing getting into someone's PC to steal/remove/edit information. Hacker may crack into t3rR0|21s7's servers to stop them, he may crack into micro$oft network to stop them from distributing backdoor in updates, or something like that: these cases may be a worthing reasons. So please, don't abuse "hacker" term. Hackers are creators, firstly.
Be sure to learn it well, do not offend hackers, please.

Links that could be useful, in case you are willing to become a hacker and start hacking, that will help you:

How to become a hacker

Your first step could be made by reading this: How To Ask Questions The Smart Way. Yes, you have not misread this, a true path to learn hacking is to ask, and if you want to get help, you should know how to ask for it to receive smart answer.

With you 100%! I would love for someone to do me the honour of calling me hacker! The media usage of the term annoys me immensely!
