Well, it's chucking it down here!

So I thought I would set up my old canon ip4000 pixma. Didn't take much setting up as it happens. I just plugged the usb in and went through the "add printer" in the control center. I printed out some A4 documents, which came out very well! Linux has come a long way where printing is concerned.

I use Kaffeine to record TV programs. The trouble is it saves as an "m2t" file, which I'm told is compressed to save space.

I mean, I'm very sorry, but!

Posted 08-14-2009 at 02:33 PM by uinseann

I shouldn't do, but I had to laugh this morning when reading some news about the Boxer ex-world super middleweight champion, Chris Eubank. He paid £31,000 for 28 porcelain crowns fitted to cure his lisp! It worked! but now he has a whistle when pronouncing "s". I mean I'm sorry but I fell off my chair laughing!!!
