Hey all,
It seems I am stuck in a rut, and have been for some years now. Basically its this: my sleeping patterns are aweful! I go to be at 2am+ (as late as 4am some days) and get up at 1pm or later the next day. Atrocious! I just can't make myself go to bed earlier, and its bringing me down
. I feel bouts of drowsiness throughout the day, I can't concentrate as well, I am (slightly) more irritable, and just generally feel lousy that half the day is gone when I awake. Discipline...
