Reconciling block devices by major number / minor number

Background

I had a task earlier this week to reconcile block devices between two directories. Simple - one can do so by reviewing major number / minor number, and then noting the match. Thus:

$ ls -l /dev/oracleasm/disks/ASMDISK2

$ ls -l /dev/mapper/lun0015p1

Notice: Spoon measurement : 6ml heaped

Ingredients:

1 spoon small yellow Mustard seeds (Aka Sarson in Hindi).
1/2 spoon Cumin seeds (Aka Zeera in Hindi).
8 Black Pepper corns (Aka Kali Mirch in Hindi).
9 cloves Garlic (Aka Lesun in Hindi).
2 medium Green chillies (Aka Hari mirch in Hindi).
1 spoon Coriander powder (Aka Dhania in Hindi).
1/4 spoon Turmeric powder (Aka Haldi in Hindi).
1/2 spoon Salt.
1 medium Onion.
1 Bottle Gourd of length 25cm, and width 18cm.

Openshot Video Editor Questions Answered #1

Having made some videos on Openshot before, I recieved a couple questions on how to do certain tasks in openshot. Question number 1, was how to add pictures on top of a moving video and size and position them as wanted. The other question was how to show multiple videos at the same time, in the same frame. As a bonus and because it fit in with the info being provided I also demonstarted how pictures or videos can be moved across the frame.

A couple of rants ....

1) I am sure I said I lived in London during the install and shure that means by default I should get a UK keyboard layout? Not going to rant on to our American friends, us Europeans should contribute more and then make it SOOOOO hard to get a US keyboard ... or default dictionaries to German all the time even after seting to US etc ... that would be fun! Or how about a distro that has all the worlds settings and no US ones at all? Take my hat off to the 'buntu...
