I had a few issues getting wine working with this version. I tried using ACT v2, but the Neverwinter plugin wouldn't work with it because it is using features of the newer .NET 4 runtime.
create a directory for your ACT wine installation:

mkdir /opt/act
setup environment variables correctly for winecfg.
do not create the "app" directory here, wine will create it. Also, I use 32-bit arch because winetricks won't install .NET 4 in a 64-bit environment.

I’ve made a new extra version of Exton|OS based on upcoming Ubuntu 14.10 (alias Utopic Unicorn) 64 bit with only a minimum of packages pre-installed. Among them a terminal emulator (LXTerminal), a Web Browser (Chromium), PCManFM (file manager), NetworkManager, GParted (Partition Editor) and Synaptic (Package Manager). I have compiled yet another Ubuntu/Debian kernel for 64 bit systems. This time kernel 3.16.0-21-exton, equivalent to Kernel.org’s stable kernel 3.16.4, released yesterday (141005). It is not yet possible to compile kernel 3.17 (also released 141005) for Ubuntu systems.
