Refracta tools (snapshot) are built in in ExTIX, MeX, ExLight, Debian PIXEL, LFA (Linux For All) and DebEX. You can start from any of those distributions and change something or everything! Then you'll have your very own Debian/Ubuntu distro -

Coding for Carrots or here if you just want the doodle itself without the rest of the page.

I had a lot of fun playing with this one today,

Worth noting, that to get the award for "shortest solution" refers to the shortest program, not the most efficient number of hops the bunny takes. That threw me for a while.

Anyway, go try it out, it's fun.

Servers: Pass I'm On

Posted 12-03-2017 at 10:48 PM by des_a

I'm now simultaneously on pass #1, and pass #5 of creating the servers for the network. Pass #1 is where I create them and get the basic functionality to work. I'm still there, because I'm backing up main2, a physical server. Then, I need to back up vmain, because I made changes to it. It is at it's final version "a" version now.

Server State

Posted 12-03-2017 at 10:40 PM by des_a

So this is the state of the servers. There are 5 servers running on main1. They are:

* vmain
* vwinxpsrv
* vwinxp
* vweb
* vmail

There are 3 servers running on main2. They are:

* vmandrivalinux
* vmandrakelinux
* vsuselinux

That's all the servers I'm going to need for version "a" of the network.

Technical Trouble

Posted 12-03-2017 at 10:24 PM by des_a

It appears that Fedora Core Linux (The version I have), and the version of Red Hat Linux I have (probably 3.2 or something like that), are too old to work properly on the latest version of Virtual Box. Therefore, I will not be building the following servers:

* vfedoralinux
* vredhatlinux

Therefore, now the servers are done.
