You don't appear to have the source code for the kernel installed. So, you should get the package for it, which will likely be on your distro's CDs. However, please be aware that Mandrake 10.2 is now obsolete and you'd be wise to install a newer distro.
Do you know if the newer mandrake version works with vmware? How do I get the package for the older distro. Can you tell I'm a newbie?
