Nested Interrupts on Single Processor System.

Posted 10-25-2011 at 05:28 AM by pmehtal

Hi,

I do have following query regarding nested interrupts on the single processor system i.e.

Does nested interrupt appear only if there exists irqaction(s) whose irqaction->flags does not set SA_INTERRUPT ?

I mean that if all irqactions has set the SA_INTERRUPT flag then there is no scope of execution of nested interrupt(s) on the single processor system.

Thanks.
