Some Rambles

Firstly, let me just apologize for not posting sooner. Schoolwork has been grueling- mostly from my mathematics class- and I had no time to post. A tragic event has delayed posting here even further, but I am here! Also, my very good friend has launched a podcast on spreaker.com... it's called J101. You can find it here . I am proud to say that in episode 3, I was able to speak on the podcast, under the alias "Dr Bob". Take a look at it if you can. That aside, I'm gonna relate now exactly how paranoid I am. I change my system password monthly, and I'm going to try and set up a tiny OpenBSD partition on my PC alongside my Linux Mint. I'll use it to store sensitive data, since BSD has such a tiny userbase and zero malware. Even so, I am going to keep the OpenBSD partition internet-free by not installing the drivers to use my wireless card on the OS. Hell, I won't even hook up my GRUB to it, so any guest users won't know that the BSD is there. I'll use a bootloader on a live medium, like SuperGrubDisk or Plop Boot Manager to use the OpenBSD partition. And, when I use the internet on my Linux Mint partition, it is via the Tor Network unless absolutely unavoidable. In fact, I configure the PC as a non-exit Tor relay sometimes. Not often recently because I'm trying to save on my family's net electricity bill. Might start back up soon though.

But seriously, check out that audio podcast, J101. It's worth glancing at- but I should warn you, the episodes are half an hour long. It took three times as long to edit the tracks on my friend's PC.

Well, that's all for now.
Peace Out and Blessed Be,
