After watching this video by HexDSL, I wanted to try this on Slackware.

Code:
Index: /etc/inittab
===================================================================
--- /etc/inittab        (revision 207)
+++ /etc/inittab        (revision 208)

 # These are the standard console login getties in multiuser mode:
 c1:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty --noclear 38400 tty1 linux
-c2:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty2 linux
+c2:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty --autologin hexdsl 38400 tty2 linux
 c3:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty3 linux
 c4:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty4 linux
 c5:12345:respawn:/sbin/agetty 38400 tty5 linux
Changing this one line is all I had to do.

Now compare this to the many steps one has to perform with systemd to achieve the same thing - systemd sucks!!!
