Honestly it's in the deleted scenes! One features a product designer talking about the deathstar ss a more sleek approach to the apple with teeth marks as seen in the new sleek apple pc's with the stalk removed
look at the stormtroopers they look like they were made for an ipod advert, the white sleek case and uber head-gear thats just coming back into fashion
Even the lightsabers are just glow-sticks
Linux is even in the film, look at the millenium falcon, its all falling apart, needs hitting often just like an old linux box
