My wife fielded a call from a friend the other day needing help with her machine. My wife was patiently going through the things she knew and told our friend to "press enter". On the other end of the phone she hears, P-R-E-S-S E-N-T-E-R. (the friend was typing press enter). The Mrs. now has a better "feel" of what tech people go through; I nearly fell off my chair laughing.
