Based on your description of the problem, please clear your cash of cookies and temporary files.

Now restart your computer twice, the first to flush the temporary files and the last to wash down the cookies.

Now, I have a special set of tools to gets the computer weeds out of your system, called rootkits.

Just check the valves for rust (its a no brainer) and report back.

Then I'll write you an encryption for the proper rootkit depending upon the severity of your problem.
