Welcome to my Blog

Posted 04-18-2017 at 08:32 PM by des_a

Welcome to my Blog. I am trying it out now. I guess it's like some sort of a public journal. Please subscribe, as I will be going over some exciting stuff here. The first is I'll be going over my language(s) that I'm developing.

Urging you (and others!) to make effective use of their blog space here on LQ has caused me to think that maybe I should set the example. There is an essential difference in context and use between the forums and our individual blog spaces, and documentation of our own projects which must be referred to in forum threads is one important case which is best served by the blog space. Thanks for making effort to use it!

I have spent most of my day organizing my own thoughts on the subject and hope to formalize them in the next few days, using my own blog space and an example project as a sort of template. Because my mind is on parsing and compilers at this time, due in part to your own posts (a favorite topic anyway!), I am putting together a Flex/Bison project from scratch which I hope to build into an example for the use of blog space. Progress will depend on available time as always, but I'll keep you posted...
