OK take a deep breath, now let it out.
Note: Raspberry Pi OS now has the current release version in the Bookworm repos.

There are several ways to get a newer version of Firefox.

First, there is Ubuntuzilla, which works for i386/amd64 but not arm32/arm64. Since I am on RPIOS I am just posting the link to it.

Ubuntu Firefox Beta PPA:https://launchpad.net/~mozillateam/+...u/firefox-next

For those like myself that are using a Raspberry Pi PI-APPS has Firefox Rapid Release, which uses Ubuntu PPA. PI-Apps also has Librewolf which is a privacy focused
port of Firefox. Librewolf can be downloaded and extracted or installed as a Flatpak.

Debian Testing and Unstable both have Firefox-ESR and the current Firefox.

If you are on a PC/laptop you can also just download and extract Firefox from Mozilla.
The ftp is located at : https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/.

Firefox on amd64 or arm64 is also available as a Flatpak.

One last thing; if you are running amd64, arm64 or armhf you can also use Snap which has several versions Current, Beta, Dev.
