If I insert DVD in my reader/writer Synaptic Package Manager starts up

Q 1/ How do I check that files on DVD has no errors?

Q 2/ How do I install the Super OS 10.10 on to my Ubuntu 10.10 desktop?

Q 3/ Can I download Super OS directly to my computer and upgrade Ubuntu 10.10 ?

    The download was taken from a torrent site and I believe that there is error checking as the download takes place.

    SuperOS ISO-DVD md5sums:

    32 bits
    * MD5: 297FEAA90C329D19BD0948F32EE5F229

    64 bits
    * MD5: CD337D05D1F614A4EC0690C4B6C2CEE4
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
    Use this command at the terminal to check if the md5sum obtained from your iso is identical to the correct md5sum listed above:

    PHP Code:
    md5sum path/to/Super_OS_10.10_32_bits.iso
    SuperOS is ubuntu 10.10, but with refinements
    It is not added to ubuntu, but takes the place of the ISO file obtained directly from the ubuntu download site.

    As stated justa above, SuperOS is the "upgrade" --
    Use one or the other, not both ubuntu_10.10 and SuperOS_10.10
