Back to Illinois and it sucks big time.

Hi,

I've been back 7 weeks and the Governor dictator here in Illinois is power hungry. We were allowed to eat out this past week but under a tent.

My golf here has been limited and I am now getting used too grass under the ball. In Florida there is no real grass in the fairways and it does take some time for me to adjust picking the ball without blading it.

It's getting to where I may just make Florida my permanent residency with the way this states political atmosphere is getting to be worse by the day. I prefer the freedoms that you have in Florida that will never be available here in a liberal Democrat controlled state. Taxes and more Taxes without true representation. State government is controlled by the Chicago mob politicians and really ignore anything outside of Chicago. Our gas/fuel tax has doubled yet our roads downstate are just patch worked.

I am a Illinois born resident and cannot believe the state is in such a bad situation. We have a government in Illinois that does not know how to manage a budget nor control the spending properly. Illinois misgoverning body feels the Federal government should bail out the state. State pensions are so far in debt that it will never get back to where it should be. Illinois would be better off bankrupting and putting the pensioners back to a proper level. Should not promise something the state could never oblige since it has no management skills to allow things to be done properly.

I probably will be one of the states residents fleeing to Florida.
