Since by my previous studies on this rig of getting a decent Linux install on this rig
has a lot to do with getting a kernel that shows some love for the touchpad.

I used the search term Acer C710 Chromebook in search for LQ Blogs and got nada so I guess
My adventures will be a 1st. I'd rather run AntiX, MX-14, or SolydX on this off of external
class 10 SD card and I might get there, or not.

I am just a Neanderthal Tattooed Knuckle Dragging Self taught Linux using Biker with a GED.
But I can tinker OK.

Well, on the backburner for the time being as AntiX 14 development takes priority at the present for a while.

Working with releases MX-14 and tweaking AntiX 14 is
time consuming. Lots of one at a time stuff to go through like

Still testing AntiX 14.

Procrastinating this change over also. Not many kernels in the wild that support these touchpads out of the box yet and only a few choices on what to run and hit and miss maybe since most
out of the box installs are C720 specific.

I be afeared I guess.

My druthers is to run a frugal install with a persistence sd card
without using a usb external mouse in the bag when I boot outside of ChromiumOS.

Then dd to another backup card so if I break it. Just re-clone from the backup card.
I guess I'll stay patient, since that sounds better than being scared.
