Coexisting Fedora, Ubuntu, and Windows Server 2008

I recently purchased a new machine - Dell Desktop Inspiron - 250GB HD, 2GB RAM, to serve as a lab machine - basically, teach myself, at least at a basic level, some new technologies that I don't get to work on in the office, where I do internet/intranet infrastructure work.
My first goal is to get get Fedora, Unbuntu, Windows Server 2008 installed on this machine, and bootable to either one.
The machine originally came with most of the HD assigned to the Logical Volume Manager, and...
