How to survive to OpenSuse 11.3 upgrade on PCs with NVIDIA Video Cards [ANNOUNCEMENT]

In my opinion OpenSuse is one of the best GNU/Linux distribution... It is stable, it has maniac precision for the particulars, "branded" desktop... so you are REALLY productive since the first login and It's cool!

Another invaluable feature is th "YAST2 tool", a very fast, smart and useful control panel for services and system.

Anyway, I use this OS in my production PCs... OpenSuse never disappointed me!

MySQL Cluster setup

Posted 05-03-2011 at 11:46 PM by EricTRA

Recently I had to set up MySQL Cluster for testing purposes on RHEL 5.5 virtual machines. Below is the procedure I followed and am sharing as a first blog post with you. This of course is a guide, put together piece by piece with stuff found on the internet and solutions for bugs/problems I encountered during installation. The result is a working MySQL Cluster.

Since MySQL Cluster uses its own binaries for the job you need to have servers with no previous MySQL...
