NEWS 200225 – A new mini version of AndEX 10 is ready!
I’ve uploaded a new upgraded version of AndEX 10andex-10-x86_64-mini-gapps-892mb-200225.iso. All included apps have been updated to the latest version. Also Google Play Services and Google Play Store. The ISO file is of only 892 MB! Makes it easier to run AndEX on computers with low RAM. I have replaced the Brave Browser with Mint Browser, which also is an excellent Web Browser in many ways. The very nice launcher 3D Live Launcher...

Posted 02-18-2020 at 09:06 AM by exton (Exton's Blog)

NEWS 200218 – A new version of AndEX 10
I’ve uploaded a new upgraded version of AndEX 10 – andex-10-x86_64-gapps-fdroid-spotify-1180mb-200218.iso. I.e. all included apps have been updated to the latest version. Also Google Play Services and Google Play Store. The main reason for this new version is that I discovered that Google Chrome couldn’t run anymore. I have therefore replaced Google Chrome with Brave, which is an excellent Web Browser in many ways. At the same time I discovered a new...

Posted 02-14-2020 at 11:47 PM by wagscat123
Updated 02-16-2020 at 11:11 AM by wagscat123

openSUSE 13.1 was released November 19, 2013.

KDE for some time had been rebranding its applications, platform, and Plasma desktop as separate releases. KDE SC 4.11 is the last time that all of these were released with the same version number and release date, as Plasma 4.11 was an LTS...

Posted 02-14-2020 at 09:42 PM by wagscat123
Updated 02-14-2020 at 11:40 PM by wagscat123

openSUSE 12.3 was released March 13, 2013.

Across the board, a darker and more uniform theme was adopted from the boot menus to the desktop wallpapers. GNOME 3 was a feature update, and KDE SC saw a feature update as well as a darker default theme based on Oxygen.

System V init was dropped by default in this release, leaving openSUSE 12.3 as the first exclusively systemd version of the distribution by default. Some work on PackageKit was done to optimize GUI package management...
