numzob, i like how you handled the k. i tried a few test meddles with the e, to no better than as is. i made a big solid outline following using "fixed" font. http://ks392457.kimsufi.com/stuff/be...mfixedfont.png
i dont think it's the best font, for aesthetically pleasing spacing.
wondering which font's best to use as a basis if building from text-art.
i made a few fonts specifically for that a while ago... i just dont remember which they were. [edit: and while i'm currently on plain devuan, one of many distributions phasing out bitmap fonts (aw), i cant check them all ~ not until i get back on either an old distro, or hijack with bedrock so i can have my cake and eat it, so to speak. .otb was(/IS) a fine font format, imo. [/edit]
soon. [edit] or not so soon. looked through the non .otb fonts, didnt find the crisp one where all the lines meet up perfectly. as mentioned in the edit above, will be able to check on the .otb fonts once i regain that ability ~ tho these days my focus is still on my health, so wont be adding any complexity to my computer setup until ontop of my health situation again. [/edit]
i just wanted to get this ball rolling, out there, since/while numzob's not in the #bedrock irc freenode chan at the moment.
