SwagArch, shutdown / reboot error "fail update mirrorlist"

I assume this is not a vanilla arch thing (haven't seen it on any pure Arch I have installed) but I am trying to figure out what causes this:
When I log out or reboot the first status message when leaving XFCE is "FAIL" and then something along the line of "Failed to update mirrorlist".

It seems the computer tries to update the mirrorlist on every exit, but I can't find WHERE that setting is hiding (script, service etc).

Can anyone help me guess where this setting is hiding?

Thank you.
And if you really don't know it's a small but very nice Arch based distro defaulting to XFCE and keeping it on the light side of things (not too much bloat at all).
