Making Icons larger in KDE?

I tried fixing the icons by clicking on desktop and configuring display. I see there is a slider but dont see to work.

Any ideas on how to make icons larger? Or maybe go with Xfce desktop instead or gnome?

Are you referring to 'Folder View' icons?

Anyway, see if this thread helps

This might also be relevant...
https://askubuntu.com/questions/4205...kde-status-bar

I had a play with ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc and adjusted the following...
Code:
[Containments][20][General]
ItemsGeometries=Applet-22:80,0,96,96,0;Applet-24:1568,256,96,96,0;Applet-25:496,416,96,96,0;
ToolBoxButtonState=topleft
The second to last value in each of the applet placement configurations pertains to the icon size, so you could edit them accordingly. That will take effect the next time the desktop is started.
