Install of ArchBang doesn't start.

Hi!
I'm trying to install latest ArchBang on my Asus K50C, Intel Celeron 220, Sis 671 VGA. I used Etcher to write it on a stick. As you see in the picture I'm stuck on reboot after installation. Hitting ctrl-alt-F2 I obtain at last login incorrect. How can I solve it? Never encountered such a problem on Ubuntu and Lubuntu. Thanks. |
Never used archbang but have done plenty of arch installs. I would back up and disable (if you can) lightdm and only boot to a command line first. Get that working then introduce the display manager to see if you can get that working.
Ubuntu and Lubuntu are no comparison to Archbang or even Arch. Ubuntu and flavors have everything configured for the end user so all they have to do is the install. |

Your screenshot tells you what to do. What does it say? Also, what the previous poster said. edit: Quote:
You should be able to log in. The archbang installer is a little funny to use; maybe you missed something. |
