I can't seem to install anything. What am i doing wrong

Hello, i've wanted to give Arch a go for some time now. Lastnight i installed Archbang. (i chose Archbang instead of vanilla Arch because i rely on mobile broadband and am yet to learn how to connect without a gui). I followed Arches beginnners guide, and everything went well.

My issue is i can't seem to install things. I think i mustn't have my repos setup of something, but i can't figure out what.
This is what my terminal displays when i try.
Code:
[root@klayes-thinkpad klaye]# pacman -S clementine
error: target not found: clementine
Here is my pacman.conf file.
Code:
#
# /etc/pacman.conf
#
# See the pacman.conf(5) manpage for option and repository directives

# REPOSITORIES
# - can be defined here or included from another file

# - repositories listed first will take precedence when packages

# - URLs will have $repo replaced by the name of the current repo
# - URLs will have $arch replaced by the name of the architecture

Comment out all the mirrors you won't use - for us in Aus that means anything offshore. Too often the pipe under the Pacific is a (serious) choke-point. I tend to just have one mirror (two lines) in mine.

It used to be Australian mirrors were listed at the bottom - that was when I started to take notice.

@descendant_command

That would be a typo, it was really mirrorlist. Nice observation though.
