Installed Arco Linux B a few days ago.

Runs great and looks good.....just don't have any sound:-

I tried Arcolinux D, but my issue is that after the install, I was able to login, but then the keyboard mapping completely changed. I think it went to the azerty layout. I'm not sure how or why this happened, so I just installed Arch from scratch, then used Erik's scripts to complete the build. I'm really pleased with the results. I chose the Gnome build, but use gdm vice lightdm. I found that while lightdm can be used with Gnome, you lose the ability to lock the computer. I'm not quite sure why, and that's why I use gdm instead. Attached is a screenshot of my desktop.

I've tried for 2 weeks now to get the sound working and still no joy.

I plan on installing Manjaro over the next few days:-

Never installed anything besides straight Arch - I personally prefer building a minimal system myself. That said, different strokes ... :-)
