Under an Arch derivative which commands to install these REMOTE soruces to that system?

Well, if you are going after source files directly to build on your system, then you would need to:

Download the source packages to your system. (You can use something like wget or curl to pull them down to your system.)
Make sure your system has it's build environment set up correctly. (If you have installed any of the source-based packages from the AUR, you *should* be good on the build environment.)
Unpack the source packages. From the list you gave, it looks like you are going to have to use a couple different utilities like tar, xz, 7z and lzma (just to name a few) to open them.
Read the README file in the resulting source directory. (The README file *should* tell you the rest of what you need to build and install the package.)

Since you are going after the source files directly, pacman doesn't enter into it. Apparently, these are packages that aren't in the Arch repository *OR* the AUR, so there aren't any utilities that will automagically install and/or update these packages for you.

Now, if you are trying to make an AUR package out of the sources, you can read the page on the Arch Linux website for creating packages.
