Under an Arch derivative which commands to install these REMOTE soruces to that system?

Well, if you are going after source files directly to build on your system, then you would need to:
Since you are going after the source files directly, pacman doesn't enter into it. Apparently, these are packages that aren't in the Arch repository *OR* the AUR, so there aren't any utilities that will automagically install and/or update these packages for you. Now, if you are trying to make an AUR package out of the sources, you can read the page on the Arch Linux website for creating packages. HTH. Let us know. |
