KDE Audio and Video settings - Audio Hardware Setup

I've installed MX Linux 19.1 for the first time today, added the KDE desktop but when I go to "Audio and Video Settings" (Settings for the Phonon multimedia Framework) I only get two tabs: Device Preference, and Backend.
The Audio Hardware Setup tab is missing. How can I get this back?

It seems that in later versions of KDE that tab has moved to the 'config' tab of pavucontrol.
