Installing jstock with Antix19

hello,

I want to install jstock on my notebook, did anybody here got this prog running with Antix?

rokytnji 04-28-2020 05:44 PM

No. Installing from what I can tell is just

Quote:

If so, then please download the package from here and exactract the content. Then double click the file called "JStock.sh" and follow the instructions on your screen.

In antix. Open with spacefm and pick with right click execute.

If systemd dependent on download using the the installer < .sh > .
It should error out and not install will be the worst outcome I think.

A cursory assessment -- tried installing and it did just what rokytnji said -- did not install though extracted into /opt okay (need to extract to /usr?) prior to running the installer; also was using Slackware and was just curious.
Seems to be more tailored for Android.

BTW -- thanks for the link mygeekopinions!

Thanks for your answers, I got it runnung on my notebook with LMDE4. I will try it, if it s the right prog for my stock administration.

Isn't this related to your other thread, where openjdk-8-jdk is a dependancy for jstock?

I got it running with java 11.
